About Magic Tools Contracting

Local craftsmanship, built on trust — masonry and beyond.

Who We Are

Magic Tools Contracting is a general contractor based in Arlington, Massachusetts, led by Luciano da Silva. We work directly with homeowners across Arlington and the Greater Boston area, bringing hands-on craftsmanship to every project we take on.

From small repairs to full outdoor rebuilds, we handle the work ourselves — no subcontractors, no middlemen — so every job gets the same level of care and attention to detail, start to finish.

Our Story

We started out as Magic Tools Masonry, focused purely on brick, block, and stone. As masonry clients asked us to take on more of their projects, we grew to meet that demand — adding general contracting, painting & staining, and deck building to what we offer. Magic Tools Contracting is the same team and the same hands-on approach, just under a name that reflects the wider range of work we do today.
